Experience Louisiana Festival is Saturday, Sunday

With flags and tents the Experience Louisiana Festival was taking shape Tuesday evening on the Louisiana State University Eunice campus. Almost a year of planning will come to fruition Saturday morning when the Experience Louisiana Festival opens at 10:45 a.m.
