Brenda Fruge

Brenda McGee Fruge, 65, died on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at 5:33 pm at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria. Chapel services will be held on Saturday, November 02, 2013 at 10:00 am at the Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Mamou. Burial will follow in the First Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Danny Ortego officiating.
Survivors include her husband, Johnny Fruge of Mamou; two sons, Thomas Christopher Fruge and wife, Rachael of Eunice and Michael W. Fruge of Mamou; two daughters, Yvette Denise Fontenot and husband, Mark and Heather Sue Ordner, both of Mamou; two sisters, Tina McGee of Mamou and Linda Sue Zimmerman and husband Michael of Colorado Springs, Colo.; 19 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in by her parents, Gladwood and Lillie McGee, and one brother, Tommy Gale McGee.
Visitation will be held at Ardoin’s, Mamou on Friday, November 1, 2013 from 4:00 pm until time of services on Saturday.
