St. Edmund exploded for six runs in the bottom of the fourth inning as the Lady Jays earned a 6-2 win over the Rayne Lady Wolves.
Rayne (2-7) jumped out to a 1-0 lead when Brittany Broussard hit a solo home run over the left field wall.

The game was tied twice between Westminster Christian Academy and Eunice High as both teams made strong surges.
But The Lady Bobcats then outcscored the Lady Crusaders 7-1 to seal a 13-7 win.
It was a hard decision for Durell Peloquin, Jr. to leave Eunice High after 21 years.
But it was also an easy choice to become the new head football coach and athletic director at Oberlin.
It was defensive battle from start to finish, but the Iota Lady Bulldogs managed to push two runs across to earn a shutout win over rival St. Edmund.
