Missing UNO coed found in her submerged car

A University of New Orleans coed missing since Friday night was found Wednesday in her car submerged in Irish Bayou on the edge of Lake Ponchatrain.
Officials said her death was an accident.
Hayley Howard, 19, had been the subject of an intense search since she left a Magazine Street bar, dropped a friend off at the university dorms and headed for her Slidell home.
She never got there.
Her 2002 Corolla was recovered Wednesday a mile from the Irish Bayou exit near Interstate 10 East.
