With one of the biggest projects on the Eunice Airport’s five-year master plan just about complete, airport manager Drew Miller can turn his attention to the new terminal that will be built at the airport next summer.

The Eunice Airport will use a $851,846 grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation to resurface the airport’s runway and taxiway.

Several runway lights at the Eunice Airport were stolen and damaged Thursday evening, and airport manager Drew Miller estimates the repairs and replacements will cost the city about $500.
