Lakeshia Evette Goff, 36, 300 block of Guilbeau Road, Lafayette. Speeding, driving under suspension for DWI. Arrested by Louisiana State Police.
The Acadia Parish disaster recovery center at the Old Wells Fargo Building in Crowley closed at 6 p.m. Saturday.
Kenneth Brasseaux, 59, of Rayne was killed in a crash on La. 699 near La. 700 in Vermilion Parish that occurred about 7 p.m. Friday, according to a news release Louisiana State Police Troop I.
A 78-year-old Eunice man was arrested Saturday by Eunice Police and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile and two counts of obscenity.
The St. Landry Parish Council is to meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday a the Old City Market, 131 W. Bellevue St., Opelousas. Agendas are attached.

Irice Ann Darbonne Lavergne passed away on Thursday November 17, 2016 at the age of 73.
Burial will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice.
