Kenneth Cart, 54, 256 Acadia Lot 9, disturbing the peace, resisting an officer.
Mickey Valerie, 51, 251 East Magnolia, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, entry/remain on premises after being forbidden.
Trials are scheduled this month and next in two notable Eunice cases, while two others have seen no official action in months.
Robert H. Miller, III is set for trial July 29-30 before Judge Alonzo Harris.
Police Chief Ronald Dies is appealing the Fire and Police Civil Service Board’s reversal of his discipline against one officer. Meanwhile, the board is being asked to consider an investigation of Dies.

Sgt. Clarence P. McGee, son of Clarence McGee, Jr. and nephew of Mrs. Burleigh McManus, has been awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for action with the Army Air Corps in India-Burma.
Viel P. “Jay” Caswell, Jr. said Friday he will be a candidate for Eunice city judge the Nov. 4 primary.
He is an assistant district attorney for the 27th Judicial District Court and has been a prosecutor in Eunice City Court for 18 years.
Jason Bertrand said he will be a candidate for Ward 1 alderman in the Nov. 4 Eunice City Council primary election.
Bertrand, 42, is a life-long resident of Eunice and has lived in Ward 1 since 2003.
Two Eunice-area residents have been charged with battery involving children.
The arrests were made following an investigation into an incident that was reported to the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office on June 29.
