The Eunice High Lady Bobcats dropped their District 4-4A opener Tuesday night as they fell to the Crowley High Ladies by a 61-54 margin at the Bobcat gym.

After grabbing their first two wins of the season, the St. Edmund Blue Jays then dropped two straight including a 66-43 loss at Kaplan on Monday.
John Guillory scored 18 and William Chachere chipped in 16 for the Blue Jays.
BATON ROUGE – The Eunice High Bobcats couldn’t overcome another poor first quarter and the Christian Life Crusaders used their early lead to propel themselves to an 81-45 victory Tuesday night.
The third quarter proved decisive in Monday’s basketball game between the Eunice Lady Bobcats and the Lady Green Demons of Mamou.
Mamou broke open a close contest by outscoring the Lady Bobcats by a 22-10 margin in the third quarter to coast to a 68-38 victory at the Eunice High gym.
