Acadian Baptist Center of Eunice played host to the St. Pius Elementary School’s eighth-grade girls recently for a day of team building and cooperation. The girls worked through several fun and challenging exercises that required team work to be navigated successfully.
The Ninth Annual Savoy Cancer Foundation Breast Cancer Awareness Walk/5K was held recently with a theme of “Cajun Girls Can Survive.” A large crowd turned out in support of the cause and a lot of money was raised.
