LSU Eunice representative visits St. Edmund High students
Anita Thibodeaux with LSU Eunice gave a presentation to senior students at St. Edmund High School. She discussed the different degree programs that are offered on campus, the admissions process, campus life, clubs and organizations, and what to expect when attending college.
Hats for a cause at St. Francis School
St. Francis School in Iota recently held a hat parade to benefit the Heavenly Hats Organization which provides hats to cancer patients. A contest was held and the student body was able to vote on the most unique hats.

La. Regions studied at Glendale Elementary
Students in Mallie LaFleur’s third-grade class at Glendale Elementary created dioramas on one of Louisiana’s three main land regions. Students had the opportunity to chose one region, from the Mississippi River Plain, West Gulf Coastal Plain, or the East Gulf Coastal Plain.
