Special visitors at Highland Elementary
Highland Elementary welcomed Captain Platte and Eunice Officer Richard Abadie as they conducted a D.A.R.E. presentation with their K-9 companion. They encouraged all students to become aware of their surroundings, stay safe, and Just Say No to Drugs.

The annual Richard Elementary School 4-H Pumpkin Decorating Contest was held on Tuesday, Oct. 28. 4-H members participated and used their “creative” talents on pumpkins and were judged.
EHS Coach Trosclair pulls out a winner's name of the Pink Basket Raffle.
"And the winner is.....,” as Coach Paul Trosclair at Eunice High reaches for a winner’s name of the raffled benefit basket of various and many pink items, donated by left, Annette Harrison. The winner is Roderick Carrier of Corpus Christi, Texas.

Emmanuel Baptist Church in Eunice hosted an (Acadia Association) Baptist Women World Day of Prayer Monday at noon.
A program of selected worship songs were sung and led by Worship song leader Angie Hoychick of Eunice.
