Front runner Donald Trump scored another strong performance in the sixth Republican presidential debate.
A Drudge Report poll showed 54 percent of respondents believed Trump won the debate, with Texas Sen. Ted Cruz coming in second at 31 percent.
The Andrepont Bridge, located between Opelousas and Lawtell off of U.S. 190 in St. Landry Parish, is closed for replacement for the next four to six months, according to a notice from St. Landry Parish Government.
The work is part of the Federal-State Off-System Bridge Program.
