Shortly before 7:30 a.m. on Monday, tTroopers from Louisiana State Police Troop A began investigating a single-vehicle fatal crash that occurred on La. Hwy 1032 (4-H Club Road) south of La. Hwy 1034 (Vincent Road) in Livingston Parish.
