This week’s Student of the Week is Wesley Rozas, a sixth grader at Central Middle School. His parents are Ryan and Brandy Rozas.

The “Rendez-vous des Cajuns” Cajun Music Radio & TV show Saturday at 6 p.m. will present a performance by Matthew Ewing & His Allstar Band.
Tickets are $5 for general admission. Tickets can be purchased at the door beginning at 4 p.m.

Jailyn Papillion is Eunice High School’s Student of the Year.
Third -and fourth-grade students at East Elementary were treated with visits from Eunice Judge Terry Hoychick and Police Chief Randy Fontenot. Students learned about city court system, community helpers and their role in our community, and safety both at school and at home.
