These St. Edmund Elementary students had their artwork on displayed at the St. Landry Parish Art Exhibition at Magnet Academy for Cultural Arts (MACA) in Opelousas.
St. Edmund School celebrated its 50th anniversary of the annual Spring Fair held May 1-May 3. Crowds attended the fair enjoying rides, games, Bingo, auctions, live music, Blue Jay Boutique, 5-K Run/1-Mile Walk, and wide array of foods, including boiled crawfish.
This week’s Student of the Week is Bret Simien, a sixth grader at Central Middle School. His parents are Janel and Brett Simien.
If you had to live in another part of the world, where would you want to live and why? I would like to live in Florida so I can see dolphins.
