Eunice High School hosted its annual Academic Excellence Program April 23 and many of the school’s students were recognized for their scholastic achievements.
Awardees are as follows:

Eunice High senior Kameron Darbone is the recipient of the Jostens Renaissance Student Award. This nationally annual award worth $10,000 is given to one student who excels and strives for academic excellence during their high school career.

A Eunice High senior project by Mikayla May, left, Braylon Williams, Logan Dischler and Jacob George, helped and assisted a local gentleman with financial means. The group raised $521 to help with his medical bills.

Journey Blaire Semien was named third runner-up during an “Angels of Hope” pageant to benefit the Lymphoma Foundation. The pageant was held on April 25 in Jennings. Semien also won two People’s Choice Awards, Most Photogenic, and Best Smile.
