Two men are charged in a incident in which the body of 31-year-old Shontel Denise Joseph, of Opelousas, was discovered at a mobile home fire at 639 Choppys Road in Church Point on Sunday, a State Fire Marshal’s Office’s news release stated.

The second suspect sought in connection with the Sunday death of an Opelousas woman has been arrested.

Irice Ann Darbonne Lavergne passed away on Thursday November 17, 2016 at the age of 73.
Burial will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice.
