On Nov. 23 at 9:49 p.m. Eunice police officers responded to Walmart in reference to three individuals being detained for shoplifting. Upon arrival officers learned from witnesses that two female individuals were concealing items inside their purses while the male participated.
It’s that time of year again.
This “black Friday”, as with any busy shopping day of the season, Eunice Police Department officials warn against “grinches” who steal at Christmas.
Those who enjoy and dine together during the Thanksgiving Day feast and pray a Thanksgiving blessing today, may want to be mindful of those less fortunate right here in Eunice and surrounding areas.
Giving thanks and receiving thanks are both in season.
And both were on the menu last Wednesday at Word Ministries in Eunice–where Pastor Caleb Semien said that it was the season to “serve the servants”.
